Project "Staccato" in Sofia in a take-off

European project "Staccato" on which "Djadadji" is working for several years alreadty, started in May the renovation of the first pilot buildings in the metropolitan area Oborishte.

Three buildings with 48 apartments built between the 30s and the 50s of the 20th century are getting completely renovated and are getting brand new sollar water heaters installed on the rooftops. These energy efficiency measures and renewable energy measures are financed by the homeowners own contribution, by national funding provided by the programme "Obnoven dom" and by EU funds under "Staccato".

The buildings will be completed in mid-July 2011. Project "staccato" and got a new website dedicated to the followers of the project in Bulgaria.

Bulgarian Wind Farms In the Palm Of Your Hand
Online overview of wind energy projects in Bulgaria made available


An online map indicating all existing wind energy turbines and wind farms under development in Bulgaria was officially launched today. “It is the result of in-depth research of the market for wind energy in Bulgaria”, says Arjan Visser, managing director of Djadadji. “We felt that it was time to bring all this information together and show in detail the developments of this economical sector, which has quickly emerged in the last full years in Bulgaria and has led to substantial interest from investors”.
